Splitter success in law school

Being a bit of a splitter I'm worried about my success in law school since I will be going against many people who have been over achievers their entire lives. I'd like to hear about how splitters have been doing so far, mainly people who are over 170 sub 3.4ish. If you did well how did you suddenly become so studious?
