In law school? Finals. They are 4 hour tests that technically have "no" one right answer and you have to basically attempt to get as many points as possible. You think waiting for the LSAT score is bad? Law professors are horrible with grades. Sometimes you will start the next semester without knowing last semesters grades. However I remember the LSAT and it was pretty shitty too. But at least you can retake the LSAT. Not Torts.

Sorry for not clarifying originally. I am in fact talking about Law Finals. I am a 0L and just wanted some 1L's thoughts on the shittyness of these respective exams.

you can type them at most schools...use SofTest on Windows (bootcamp + windows on Mac)

and I highly recommend it -- (1) you can get more words in (2) you don't have to worry about handwriting...some profs are annoyed by poor handwriting, and a 3 hour exam isn't conducive to good penmanship.
