How many groups is too many?
I have always regretted not being involved in more groups in college, so I am hoping to join a few in law school later this year. How many groups (e.g. law review, student bar, federalist society) would be too many and would hinder my ability to study as much as I need to? Do these types of organizations or journals in law school take up a considerable amount of time per member per week?

I was under the impression that outside of YLS, a law student doesn't sleep. There are just small periods of downtime where productivity is ridiculously reduced.vanwinkle wrote:No?jayzon wrote:Damn, man, do you ever sleep?

Maybe like on The Sims, where you can keep the characters awake forever with just a few cups of espresso per day.

This question is valid. Could someone give their opinion on it? I'm also curious as to what law students recommend regarding how many extracurrics is reasonable.Andrew the Wolverine wrote:I have always regretted not being involved in more groups in college, so I am hoping to join a few in law school later this year.
