How long does it really take for your app to be reviewed? Forum

So, I'm hearing that adcoms review apps for as little as 5-10mins. So how long does it take for a decision? I feel like once you review an application along with the other adcoms, you should be able to make a decision and, concurrently, send it out. Maybe I'm wrong here..idk

K so because I am myself an adcomm and able to answer this with any kind of authority...oh...wait....

Btw have you thought about the fact that they have to weigh you against other applicants?
