When do we start hearing about scholarship offers?

I realize a lot of schools send information on scholarships with their acceptances, but none of my schools thus far have done so. Anyone know when it's typical to receive offers from Duke, Chicago, NYU, Penn, or Berkeley?

chicago's website says by february.
