It seems to work for accounting ok. The problem right now is people graduate from college, have nothing else to do, so they think law school is a good thing to fall into. If it were a bachelors program, fewer people would "major" in law because it wouldnt be some fall back plan for them. They would just major in what interested them.

It is true that mental ability does have some link to genetics, so I think that it is fair to say that a family tree mapping system could be helpful to whoever the powers are on deciding where to place the best and the brightest. This could be something included in law admission. C&F could use this to see if you were more susceptible to certain anti-social behaviors because of mental diseases in your family history.
