I have 6 classes my final semester and I find myself just going through the motions, big time. What's worse is that I have 100 and 200-level courses that I never took as a freshman or sophomore (my curriculum was all out of whack), and I am surrounded by (what seems to be) brain-dead teenagers all day long. FML!!
Anyone got any good book recommendations?
Are you referring to books on how to succeed as a 1L or just good reading?

I've had "I'm working full time but I know that I'll be gone soon, and while the job is great for the path to a PhD, for law school they could care less about my research activities"...itis.

Sooo after having a 3.9+ GPA for 3.5 years, I just got a deficiency (i.e. C- or worst grade at mid-semester) for the first time ever.

Senioritis is such fun!

Skipping my Environment and Society class for like the fifth time this semester. Will I use the time to finish up homework for Spanish at 2:00? Probably, as I have been kind of slacking in the cla - oh shit isn't First Take on? Be back later...

Cranked out a 7 page paper in like 2 hours (including research) so I could go to silver coin night at the local bar. Woke up today so hungover and very unhappy to have to go to my 8am class.

Definitely have it. I really should've chosen classes based on the attendance policy.

I graduated last semester and had it BAD. I finally got a T and THR schedule only. Every other semester I had MTWTRF and HATED it. I was pumped but felt like I was already done with school and was over it.

My advice: Work really hard in the beginning so that you can slack off in the end. A lot of my classes had where you could choose not to take the final if you were happy with your grade.
