Though, according to Forbes: Best job for 2011 is Software Engineer. Though almost all of the Top 10 are math heavy professions, so that leaves all of TLS fucked.

All in all, the legal field sucks as much as everything else.

The problem is that too many are focused in nareas that have a surplus. You may not be able to get a job in Atlanta, but you could if you moved to rural Georgia.
Engineering and IT are doing well, but not fantastic. Everyone is hurting. As for the nursing in rural areas, the same can be said of legal work as well. I'm sure there jobs are possible with solos out in rural Kentucky looking for a new associate, except everyone wants in NYC.
