Well, I'll clarify what I meant. There is no significant difference in going to the 14th best and 15th best law school.
a lot of people would disagree. it depends on the market you're going into. i've heard that vandy and GULC had comparable job stats last year, i've also heard that UT is doing well these days because texas is a good market yet and basically all UT grads go on to practice in TX, but UCLA is suffering bigtime because california completely shriveled up and died after the economy bombed out. so that's really subjective to say

the cali legal market i should say

Well, maybe T5 is where there's a real drop off. USC? Well I heard T18 is the new T14 in trendier circles.
hahaha this is so effing true. i've seen people going to michigan telling people on TLS that they got into a T9
Heh, I just go with T10. It also resonates more with "lay" people, because they don't get the T14 grouping anyway (or, I suppose the T6 grouping).

Lol at GULC having "comparable job stats" to Vandy.

Heinous Georgetown trolling.

yeah, i wasn't talking about you FTR, haha. and as far as lay prestige is concerned, i'd say michigan and UVa are both relegated to the back of the bus

These have been posted like 6,527 times.

I was joking about the heinous trolling part, but Vandy really is the (marginally) better school.
