My recommendations:

1. Getting to Maybe (first half).
2. Open Book (whole book, it's short and an easy read).

Getting in shape, taking care of any distractions and learning to type quicker are all more useful.

Read this:

Double Billing: A Young Lawyer's Tale Of Greed, Sex, Lies, And The Pursuit Of A Swivel Chair by Cameron Stracher.

Then decide if you really want to be a lawyer.
