It's worded a little vaguely, but it means that you earned college credit by taking the course. If you COULD have earned the credit but did not, then it does not count, the class does not show up on your UG transcript, and LSAC never sees it.

It depends on your undergraduate institution. Some, like mine, just award 3 credits for each passing score. Others give grades for scores, B for a 4, A for a 5. Look at your transcript and you'll know whether they count or not.
