My understanding is that one of the major expenses of the large airlines (UAL, AMR, etc...) is pension benefits. JetBlue and Southwest don't have these expenses yet because they are so new. We'll see what happens down the road.motiontodismiss wrote:

Yeah, the guy who correctly answered it in post #2. The people who make partner at big firms are a self-selected bunch who would rather chase paper than have lives--they're not going to change just because the money got better.jrwhitedog wrote:Is there anybody interested in my question?
