people keep saying wasting all your time listening lecture, but it saves you from doing that, you shortcut to where you started writting, ie a particular prong of test in a case you could go back to and listen to more of the details etc. Instead of thumbing through whole hour of where you wrote that, puts your notes in much more context, also eliminating "over noting."

Don't most law school professors not allow you to record lecture audios?
