Students normally save around 10% or so all year on Macs, but they throw in a free iPod during the summer (usually June-August). And they did just update the MacBook Pros.

But I'd still save some of that money.
They also throw in a printer (or $100 towards one) on occasion. That's basically the best you'll get with Apple.
