Seriously, Wtf.PRgradBYU wrote:Now I feel like I'm disgracing Idris by having him on my 'tar and not having watched the Wire. Planet Law School can wait.sublime wrote:PRgradBYU wrote:Working a 9-5 at a law firm as a paralegal, going to the gym errday, Netflixing it up a lot, enjoying freedom, and planning on taking a couple vacations before summer's over.
Also, I bought Planet Law School (II), but it hasn't been touched yet. Debating whether I should start reading it or start a new TV series... I hear The Wire is good.
You should watch the Wire. It is amazing.
If that is Idris Elba in your avi, he is one of the main characters on the Wire and does a phenomenal job,.
Go and watch the wire man.

No way! Your rocking Idris without having watched the genius that is his portrayal of Stringer Bell. What then is the genesis of your fandom? I thought he rocked Luther pretty well also.PRgradBYU wrote:

He was phenomenal in Luther, yes, but there's honestly no real genesis of my choosing him for my 'tar... I've really only seen him here and there on a few TV shows and movies. I just thought the dude deserved to have his face proudly displayed around TLS forums.CourCour wrote:What then is the genesis of your fandom? I thought he rocked Luther pretty well also.

In addition to summer reading, I'm gonna try and figure out OneNote and Outlook using the tutorials here on TLS.

All my stuff is moved into my new place... back in my previous city, cleaning out the apartment and doing some last minute chores...
Will be living in Charlottesville for good come Wednesday.

I have to move before I move (exactly!)
But I'll be out of town for a week of it and am still working.. So I should either start packing soon or everything is getting packed in one night
Then I'll have about two weeks to not unpack before orientation on the 12th.

That's so damn early. That and, comparing academic calendars, my school seems to be 1-2 weeks behind most others.kayleighcheyenne wrote:I have to move before I move (exactly!)

Preparing with a lot of nugs, chillin, and grindage. If you don't get the reference look it up and watch the movie.
But seriously I'm reading GTM, Law School Confidential, and studying for the GMAT and taking it right before moving (I obviously hate myself).

Dude! Good luck on the move eh! You deserved this...and I sincerely hope you won't actually be living in Cville for good. 3 years maybe, but not for goodNoodleyOne wrote:All my stuff is moved into my new place... back in my previous city, cleaning out the apartment and doing some last minute chores...
