I was wondering how I'd know that they received my information, thanks for sharing! Mine doesn't have any information re:the transcript I sent or the college questionnaire, and I sent both of those ~3 weeks ago.

I had someone from my school say they submitted them a couple of weeks ago and I'm wondering if I need to follow up yet.

Quick update on the status tracker thing. My college questionnaire / final transcript were finally updated. I submitted both early June so it took ~3 weeks for the tracker to get updated.

Any other old people excited for their meningitis re-up shot cause I know I totally am

Ha that and the MMR booster which is a live vaccine so I'm eagerly anticipating getting a fever (got it this AM)

You guys can decline to get the Meningitis vaccine (maybe not if you're living in campus housing)!

Also, my doctor didn't STAMP the freaking immunization form so they won't accept it. What the hell? Why is his name, address, phone number, and license number not enough?????

My doc refused to do it and gave me the run-around to a different office for some reason so I'm still trying to get all of that figured out. Good to know they're this strict, though! Hopefully you get yours taken care of asap!

People who did the need-based aid application:

did the school ask you to send them copies of your federal tax returns and personal bank statements?

also how do people feel about the on-campus housing? the cheapest one is like $1800 a month. i know NYC is expensive but i feel like that's got to be at least 1.5 times what it would cost to live elsewhere.

On campus housing prices are ok for the neighborhood, you can do better though. The smart move is to find a pad with a few friends in the outer boroughs and commute, you can save hella money. My 1L year I commuted from Sunset Park with another NYU student, we were paying 750 a month or so.

hey y'all if you go to Albert -> Student Center, our class schedules are posted! I have a coinciding class, so they might not be finalized yet. I also don't have anything on Fridays and apparently a really good prof for one of my classes, so I hope it was just an administrative error and nothing changes! You can click on "view instructors" to see the instructor.

from the class numbers it looks like I'm section 5, and lawyering 14?

Nope, they called me. So I would assume if you haven't heard anything you're good to go! I resubmitted mine (with the stamp this time ) and haven't heard since either.
