They said I'm in initial review and they'll let me know if anything is missing. And I'll hear in the next couple of weeks. Not really helpful.
I would try asking in the "Columbia students taking questions" thread, someone there would probably be able to send you some or give you an accurate description? I visited two buildings but don't remember exactly which ones. I remember being pleasantly surprised by the size and amount of space (for NY)! I think each building lists whether or not it's furnished. Several students also told me that you can ask the super to remove some of the furniture from furnished apartments when you move in. I preemptively emailed them my other offers a few hours later and got an email with my award in it today. I don't know how/why the decision got so fast-tracked, but try referring to deadlines and see what happens.
