CPK is very meh, I've tried to convince friends not to go there because it gives CA a bad name. I don't think there is actually a CA-specific type/style of pizza.

Ah well, they really are the least painful, fwiw. Can't help you on the cost, though- money pit!

tbh, I just got the urge to actually get a sleeve and fulfill my 12 year old dream! haha, sounds corny af. ugh, I just wish it weren't so expensive but I suppose I can just add onto it over time?

I'd love to have each piece be meaningful though. So if I were to go through with it, I'd have to give it time for what I want and where.

I feel like Round Table is pretty non-existent, can't remember the last time I saw one. Maybe it's just my area though.

CPK is by far one of my favorite chain restaurants. Actually, it's one of the only chains I'll eat at - we have so many good local restaurants where I live that I don't bother with chains.

I'll make a case for Sbarro:
1. All this pizza SUCKS. At least Sbarro is reasonable and let's you buy one slice and leave it at that. No leftovers, no over eating.
2. Amenities. Go to Sbarro then go get your ears pierced at Claire's, throw some change in the fountain and wish you get off the YLS WL, then go grab a Cinnabon. Malls suck but strip malls are worse.
3. Number 1 ranked Stromboli program according to US News Pizza Reports 7 years in a row.

CPK is actually fine where I am in CA. It's not gonna win any awards, but they have a lot of solid offerings for pretty cheap by CA standards. The farmer's market butternut squash soup they had for awhile was actually delicious, and BBQ chicken pizza is always a good guilty pleasure.

Dominos is my favorite drunk pizza because of the garlic crust.

Sbarro's doesn't deserve to be anywhere but a dumpster
