Full disclosure: I'm looking for subletters for the summer.

But also, I'm a current 2L summer starter, so I'm here if you have any questions about Michigan Law, Ann Arbor in general, summer in the north, etc. I'm a major procrastinator, so I'll be around as I try to avoid outlining as much as possible!

As for the sublet, I'm obviously bias, but this house is awesome. It was totally renovated a few years ago, so it doesn't look like a typical college house, and the fourth room will have a current 1L summer starter in it for most of the summer.

FYI--

If y'all are coming to Preview Weekend, Phid House is throwing its semester party. There's also gonna be a wine-and-cheese event at the House for people who are interested in living there. The wine and cheese is from 7-9 and the party starts at 10. Phid has asked current students to share this information with admits because the materials you'll be getting from Admissions will say the party starts at 9 (and this is wrong).

Once you've enrolled, I think you'll have access to the internal ratemyprofessor system Michigan has. Also you can read their bios.

Thanks for doing that! Will definitely make it a lot easier for people to get an idea of what's available.

Edit: Also, to everyone looking for a sublease, make sure you're clear about when the sublet would end because some people's leases end around Aug. 20th (or earlier!) which is fine from an exam standpoint, but a pain if you're waiting on a fall lease to start in Sept. lol

You have to have your umich email before you can join (so you have to have deposited). I ended up having to list it as my secondary email on FB before it would let me join; it wouldn't ask me to just insert it on its own.
