This is how it happened for me - deposited on a Friday, got more official confirmation than the automated receipt on Monday.

Has anybody who has deposited gotten lease information from the LC or do we think that's coming after the deposit deadline? Also, how long after sending in tshirt size are people getting their HA1L swag? i'm impatient.

I'd imagine LC stuff won't be until at least the deposit deadline, maybe even after that.

I think it took mine at least a week to get here.... I'm not 100% sure though.

Yup, you'll get an email from Dean Z. That's when they ask for your shirt size as well.

You're both right--from the LC application confirmation email: "Leases will be sent electronically beginning in May 2017."

They gave reimbursement for ASW travel? I looked all over for info on that and didn't find it. Was there a form I missed?!!

There was a post about it in the admitted students facebook group and you had to email them ahead of time and request it. It was a little sneaky

Was going to go to the Portland one mentioned in the email... but there's not actually one in the events

I highly recommend going, though, even if you're the only 0L. From what I've observed of MLaw, you can bet on a good time, a bunch of friendly faces, and free food.

Friendly reminder: Seat deposits are due in FIVE days and can be paid online through the admitted students website.

Also, summer starters: Be sure to apply for Grad PLUS (if you need it) BY MID-MAY. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to PM me and I can help you through it!

So I was thinking of making a Michigan TLSers GroupMe or something because there's quite a few of us on here and I think it's a good way to meet some folks that may not be in your section/super-section, even if you're shy (I know a couple ppl have said they're a little more on the shy side).

Would anyone be interested in that? For committed folks only (sorry if you're still indecisive. Pay that deposit then you could join too!!!).
