I checked my "personal aid award" tab and it now has loans listed. Might be because it was updated? My scholarship wasn't changed Maybe they released the 2017-18 estiamtes!

I'll check for the estimates but I think the loans listed thing is so people can apply for loans for the summer and stuff because it asks you for some specific #s that you're supposed to get from the Wolverine Access site.

It's towards the beginning of the letter, in the paragraph before your award amount info.

I tried it on my own about a week ago and it didn't go through so I emailed them and they told me to stop being dumb and wait for them to finish sorting through people's FAFSA's. I got the email today that said they finished the FAFSA stuff, so I just resubmitted.

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking, but if you go to Wolverine Access, hit the "Students" tab, select "Student Business", login, go to "Financial Aid Information", select "2018", select the "Awards" tab, and finally select the "Award Notices" tab, you can select "View/Print" and it tells you how much you can take out in GradPLUS.

You can then take that info and fill out the application (on the right, click "GradPLUS Request Form" and you can request up to the amount your award info tells you.

They said just submitting the FAFSA at all is essentially the "application" for the stafford loan, so you get that automatically. Anything beyond that $20,500/yr though and you need to go through this process.
