is it in your "other" tab (it was in mine)? there are two tabs in your email called "focused" (for law school stuff I assume) and "other" (for general university stuff). I called and they told me not to worry about it but I feel weird being the only one to get itStephylynette wrote:+1000 to the schedule and same about he immunizations thing. This might be a super silly question, but does anyone have a pulse on what to expect year-round for weather? I'm shopping and packing right now and have no idea what to expect.

you'll need clothes for all types of weather, from a big coat/peacoat to summer clothes. Durham gets it all, though most of the year it's pretty warm.premalone wrote:This might be a super silly question, but does anyone have a pulse on what to expect year-round for weather? Don't think you're special... you're still getting charged every year... that's just so you don't need to get a new physical pass.

It struck me as weird since my undergrad required you to replace your parking pass every quarterproteinshake wrote:yeah I just realized mine also expires in 2020devilblue wrote:Don't think you're special... you're still getting charged every year... that's just so you don't need to get a new physical pass.

You guys are getting too caught up with the schedule stuff. 1l schedules don't matter because you have no control over it. Just enjoy the ride that is 1l. It sucks.JustWannaGraduate wrote:Not paying till I know what my schedule is and what's going on at orientationproteinshake wrote:remember: payments are due Tuesday!

How much of LEAD week can we skip without getting in trouble? Namely, can we skip the community service bit?

If we're paying with loans/scholarship, do we have to do anything on the bursar page to "pay our tuition?"

if you're not paying anything out of pocket (expected financial aid >/= your bill), I don't think you have to take any action. you can call and ask just to be sure though.premalone wrote:If we're paying with loans/scholarship, do we have to do anything on the bursar page to "pay our tuition?"

In my experience it is automatically credited towards your tuition, and then any extra cash from the loans will come to you by check/be dropped into your bank account if you've set that up.premalone wrote:If we're paying with loans/scholarship, do we have to do anything on the bursar page to "pay our tuition?"

I doubt they'll penalize you (idk how they would even do that) for skipping an activity or two, especially since there are so many.TheBlueDevil wrote:How much of LEAD week can we skip without getting in trouble? Namely, can we skip the community service bit?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
