I have April 1st deadlines. This is so frustrating.

The waiting does get to me. It was nice to get into schools, but I really don't feel like they become an option until you get scholarship information from them. I'm not rich, so I can't afford sticker anywhere. It's been six months since I submitted applications, I'm certainly ready for the uncertainty to be over so I can start planning my life.

Just one more week guys, we can make it. Have some beers and forget about TLS over the weekend.

I think it's messed up that schools made the deposit deadline so early. It's clearly meant to pressure you, which is lame. I'm lucky that all of the schools I'm considering have a deadline of the 21st or later, so there isn't as much pressure for me. Columbia doesn't even release aid until after April 1st, so what the hell would you do in that case?

edit: They said ED holds would hear back by the end of January. I was accepted on 1/31. You would think I would assume the last possible day for $$.

I don't care about the strength of a schools trial team AT ALL. Seems like a lot of schools want to tell you what they've won. Do other prospectives care? Do jobs care?
