I'm probably going to move back home to save money, but that'd be like an hour commute by public transport.

You've got the $150k ED, so it might not be a bad idea to spend 1L a bit closer. I think I'll be living 20-25 minutes away, given I attend.

I know someone that commutes 1.5 hours to school everyday. Their rent is like $500 a month plus another $160 in gas/tolls. Not a bad idea to explore, if you're looking to save.
