It was pretty chill. Ran, lifted, hiked up a mountain with my 30 lb son on my shoulders, watched the derby and did mother's day stuff yesterday.

I'm way too crazy about my health to just not go to the doctor/dentist for a year+. I just got back from seeing my GP.

anyway my weekend was good!

went to yoga twice, went running once, got groceries, celebrated a friend's b-day, went on a baby walk/hike (national park! yay), dim sum, got a haircut.

Work has instituted smoothie mondays. They have 2 really nice blenders and then stock the freezer with frozen fruit and have some yogurt and granola and stuff to add in... I almost don't hate it now.
