I work from home while watching my son most of the day and then work at a craft beer and bourbon shop at night. I'm always working but it's not that bad.

I'm a substitute teacher by day, Geeks Who Drink pub trivia quizmaster by night.

Is it hard work? Not at all. Is it honest? Eh. Does it pay well? Definitely not. But it does mean I can leave town whenever I want for ASWs, so I got that going for me.

I don't know about anyone else, but my first ASWs start next week --- so that's pretty much pushing me through this week!

yeah i'm only going to be at work for a day and a half next week, but i only have those two ASDs so far, so after next week, it's back to the grind

plus knowing i'm out next week makes this week feel especially long

I don't like Oprah because her idea of an affordable Christmas gift that everyone would enjoy is a gold plated tissue holder. But the real issue is that I was once swarmed by bees and stung over 50 times so that gif is a living nightmare come back to haunt me. It actually makes it better to be able to blame it on Oprah though, I'll just imagine her cackling and summoning bees on my fourteen year old self and I'll be fine.
