The odds are actually strongly in favor of whoever calling you that being your age or older, so I wouldn't sweat it.
The lounge seems a lot meaner than it is until you get used to it.

I think houseplants transcend the "niche thread" category. Should def be stickied

I think that's the problem. I blame you guys for giving me unrealistic expectations that people on TLS aren't jerks. Stop it, guys. Stop being cool.

But yeah, I'm not really trying to hear that negativity so I'll probably stick around here and the applicant threads.

I'm part of the PLL thread and it's probanly one of the most welcoming in the lounge. they will make fun of your PLL opinions but it's all in good fun and everyone who posts in there is a great person

oh and agreed that pll posters are nice obviously, but yeah lots of in-jokes and established references. it'd be like joining a longrunning sports or waiters thread that had many fewer participants
