I start training my replacement on Tuesday :D :D :D Nearly two full weeks to train, should be easy sailing.

Probably need to cool it on the flagrant and unapologetic TLS browsing/posting while I'm with her, though, so I'll probably be less active

After Capitol was kind enough to provide me with a tar without even having to ask, my poastcount motivation has lessened considerably. Probably for the best.

But on the other hand, ugh I might actually have to do work.

Man, this thread DIED. What happened?!

Fine, I'll restart. Anyone having any luck finding anywhere to live (you know, for those few hours you're not at the law school)?

Landed a 2-bedroom apartment ~4 blocks from my school. My bedroom is massive (~200sq feet). Yay for Columbia making housing easy :D

ETA: well, massive for MFH

I found an absolute steal of a place about 2 miles from campus. Pretty stoked to be moving at the end of July.

Well, I definitely didn't win the lottery and getting of the HYS waitlists requires being on them in the first place.

Im Still at work wondering why in the hell I told my boss I would work through July 22nd...

You will be free one week sooner than I am =/

But I get to put in my notice two weeks from Friday so that's exciting. I can check out harder once that's done.

I'm all in with deposits at Lewis & Clark, so if nothing happens by like, mid-July I guess that's where I'm going! Still riding UW, Hastings, and Loyola though.

Nice!! congrats! I absolutely love UW so my fingers are crossed you get off their waitlist!

Anyways, enough talk about real stuff. The June waiters are getting a little too full of themselves and I think it's time to start trolling the hell out of their thread again. You know, knock em down a few pegs.

Ugh, yeah, summer months is going to be hard. I'm going to a big city, so maybe I'll be in town over summer and it won't be such a big deal.

I found a nice place in a "up-and-coming" neighborhood, so we'll see how that goes. Still need to find a roommate though... Gahhh.

I have a 3BR apartment with some other TLSers! Super psyched to blur the line between the Internet and the Real World.

What neighborhood did you end up in? I was in the Twin Cities last week and it was next to impossible to come home. Still don't have a place lined up but apparently I've decided that's a problem for my future self to deal with.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
