I'm a programmatic advertising buyer... so my job consists of placing ads on the internet (that 99.99% of people ignore.) I apologize on behalf of all of the annoying ads on the internet.

My job, at this point, is pretty much to sit around browsing TLS all day. So no complaints there, other than that ya'll need to post more to entertain me.

Anyone else also on the freelance/self-employed grind? Like, my end date is just....whenever I want to stop making money. Which is maybe never, until the bitter 1L grind overtakes me.

I feel bearly on the running out of things to do front. Our cases have slowed down a bit and we're about to have an extra person soon, so I'll be even more dead.

Can you guys come to my office? I have too much shit to do and not enough time :(
I talked to one of my bosses about it and the response was, "Eh, figure it out."
If it makes you feel any better, the "nothing to do" problem only functions until I want to leave. Then work just gets dropped on my desk with the expectation that it will be finished that night. Didn't end up leaving my office until 8:30 last night, and I have an hour commute home.

Nacho wins, though Bearly is a close second for having to sometimes stay until 8:30 and for having an hour long commute.

In other news, everyone in my office is definitely going to get diabetes. We've had three birthdays this week (and gotten cakes for each one), and now today our Court Reporter Service brought two more cakes. Mmmmmm, Lemon Bundt...

I picked penguin because

Also, add the descriptions, because I am v curious.
If I end up alone, I'll be a penguin.
Penguins share everything with their one true love. They may have to endure the Arctic, but they're always the best dressed.

Lobster - Swan - Penguin

I picked swan. I'd love to live in a pond in a park.
