I'll be sure to do that right after I talk him into giving me a full ride. And then when we are wildly successful and debt free we can use our big law money to start an actual west wing themed restaurant. First item on the menu "Josh Lemon Lyman soda"

People who send emails for the sole purpose of directing you to a google doc containing nothing but text that could have been contained in the email should suffer for their crimes.

Re: Senioritis / Quitting-my-job-soon-iorits
I too am suffering from quitting-my-job-soon-ioritis. I am starting at UMich on May 31st because of Summer Start (thank God), and I am attending the ASW in about 3 weeks. I am taking that entire week off work, and plan on staying at my current job up until Mid-to-late April so that I can spend a solid month being worseless before school starts. I would quit earlier, but my living situation demands that I keep a steady income up to a certain point or burn through all of my savings. Sucks.
It hasn't been bad for the past month or so. I've had several huge projects at work (I am a Paralegal at a large firm) for the past 3 weeks or so, but now that they are all done I am sitting here with absolutely nothing to do. I have abundant amounts of personal and vacation time accumulated, but given that I am so close, I really don't want to slum to hard and destroy the professional connections that I have worked so hard to make.
That leads me to my questions for you guys:
What do you guys do for work? Where are you going to law school? And what the fuck do you do to keep from ripping your hair out during boring days at work?

I think this sometimes, but then I think maybe their complete misunderstanding of how email/technology/the internet works may be the punishment in and of itself.benwyatt wrote:People who send emails for the sole purpose of directing you to a google doc containing nothing but text that could have been contained in the email should suffer for their crimes.
I just wish the punishment would leave me out of it.

The morning commute has been causing more existential dread than usual. I think I need a vacation.

I totally want to take a leave day and do stuff around the city I never get to because it's generally done during office hours. (granted I live in a touristy city and have not done many of the touristy things I was supposed to do upon arrival)
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
