I have a friend who is on here, but I don't know who they are, I've just seen them lurking and posting before...

to those of you who are in law school or already did it - what is your opinion on having a dog in law school? especially during 1L? My mom is keeping my puppies bc technically they're hers and life without dogs is sad and I want to adopt this summer but not if it is a truly terrible idea

I doubt it. I never go on when I'm not at work, and I only see them at social events.

I can't help since I'm still a 0L, but I'm bringing my dog. I'd say if you want one and I mean REALLY want one, you should. But I'd get an older dog, a. because they need adopting, and b. they are lower maintenance (usually)

already found this perfect 5 year old dog at one of the local shelters! hoping he's still there in 6 weeks when i quit

I went to some meetings today and missed so much!
- Try Federal Donuts in Philly if you're there and unwilling to take a trip to NYC aka the Greatest City in the World.
- I've only met one TLS person I didn't already know (that I know of?) because Mr. Wyatt is eerily good at finding people on Amtrak.
- Also, if anyone needs an NYC guide and is moving here before 7/31, I'm happy to help acquaint you with this wonderful place!
