First a family reunion, then getting married (in a state where I don't currently live so traveling is involved), then going to Europe for a month, then coming home, moving across the country, and attempting to find an apartment before classes start. Actually, two months doesn't sound like enough time. I should probably quit now.

In case anyone has been avoiding Tidal as I have, but needs some Beyonce to get through work, it's now on iTunes. Enjoy!

That's awesome! You're going to have a blast. I lived there for a bit when I was younger and have been a number of times - it's a very fun country to visit (especially if you like ancient history at all).TheKisSquared wrote:nope! I'm leaving my job in July!!! Then moving about a week later, then doing a bit of bopping around - going home for a bit, then taking a trip. Then just bumming around my new city

Yeah I know a lot of people who did that, it's always a good choice. If for no other reason than to just hang on a warm beach in Tel Aviv or EilatTheKisSquared wrote:I'm prepared for the brainwashingrska884 wrote:That's awesome! You're going to have a blast. Try not to care too much about the brainwashing side of things and it'll be greatbut all my friends who went had a blast. I'm thinking of extending for a couple days just to get a breather and enjoy the country at my own pace. I don't think it would be too hard to add two days given the way the schedule falls for me (I think the flight back is a Wednesday so just moving it to Friday instead shouldn't be an issue.)

The brainwashing isn't too bad, they just want to get people to move there and marry Jews. If you just focus on sightseeing and drinking you'll be OK.

I've been confused for a while (since you keep referencing both work and school in present tense), are you in college or graduated already?lemondrop wrote:My parents have been hinting to me I have some sort of Europe trip coming as a grad present![]()

Nice! Any reason, or just for fun? We're thinking about skipping Tangier and just hopping straight on the train to Fez.pdevastey wrote:I'll be in tangier next month as well. just counting the days till vacation!SlithyTove wrote:That sounds amazing.
