Took my first CivPro practice test today, got done with the first 2/3 questions (60% of the exam) and realized I had hit the word limit. Thankfully I'll have a lot more time to play around with length and editing during the actual exam (which is only two questions, and an 8 hour take-home).

Jealous of so many of you. 5 exams in the next 9 days, two are multiple choice so studying is just lolwut, one is closed book, none are take-home. Our 1L is trial by fire. Good luck to everyone!

wouldnt say its totally abnormal... just keep at it, get some old exams in to get a feel for it, and you'll kill it

Exam #1 at 9am. Could not sleep a wink last night. Pure anxiety from 11pm-7am and eventually just said f**k it, I need to get up.

So my Torts prof just sprung on us today that the exam (which is in five days) will be half multiple choice this year, after all his prior exams were purely just essay issue spotter exams. Ugh.

Hope it goes well, mate. I miss multiple guess questions just because there is objectively right or wrong answers. I guess it does make it that much easier for other people to get to the same level of comprehension, though.

Closed book property exam tomorrow. Apparently this is the only guy in the school that does closed book exams at all. I'm sitting here half like

nice, I kinda wish Civ Pro was first for me to get it done and out of the way, finished Contracts yesterday, with Civ pro on tuesday, being done and back home cannot come soon enough
