Same, and I am relatively pleased. Tyrion is by far my favorite character in GoT, but I detest his sister and father and oscillate when it comes to his brother.WinterComing wrote:Oh shit, I got Lannister on this one. I'm cool if that means I'm Tyrion. Not so much if I have to be either of his siblings or his father. His uncle, maybe.lemondrop wrote:k i'm gonna put a stop to this cake/pie nonsense, everyone take the quiz:

What? Jaime is clearly the best character in the books.WinterComing wrote:Oh shit, I got Lannister on this one. I'm cool if that means I'm Tyrion. Stark on the second one. I don't think it's very appropriate. I am most certainly not a good person, and my integrity is questionable at best.

I wouldn't go that far but I would say I like Jaime a lot better in the books than in the show, given that one rape scene.rska884 wrote:What? The rape scene was awful. They also gutted his character development in the fifth season and it looks like it's going to get even worse in the sixth (before potentially getting better), which I hate. His arc in the books is, in my opinion, the most compelling, though. And he's a badass.WinterComing wrote:I wouldn't go that far but I would say I like Jaime a lot better in the books than in the show, given that one rape scene.rska884 wrote:What? Please do. Jon's OK, the rest of the Night's Watch can go die in a hole. Especially Sam.lemondrop wrote:bye time to murder you with my armyrska884 wrote:FUUUUUUUCKKKKKKK THIS.

I really just don't understand why people get so worked up about the rape scene. I mean Game of Thrones is full beyond measure of murder, torture, and just general human suffering. Rape is awful, but in the context of Game of Thrones, it seems almost innocuous by comparison.rska884 wrote:The rape scene was awful. You're missing the point. The reason that scene was so awful wasn't just that it was a rape but that it was completely incongruous with Jaime's character and ruined what was a really a more interesting scene in the book.GFox345 wrote:I really just don't understand why people get so worked up about the rape scene.
