was a rugby player in college, now im a washed up has been

+1 I'm a big time retired has-been but from tennis not rugby. I tried to find some other athletic purpose in life after college and so I naively turned to crossfit... probably one of my dumber choices... and I quit ~ 3 months later after injuring like 5 different body parts.

damn. did you have a lifting background? I actually really enjoy crossfit but the quality of instruction etc. really depends on your ~box~

I bike to work every day. I'm apprehensive about moving to a city where bicycling is harder because it's basically the only exercise I get.

Just read through my description... not great.
