I'd like to know this as well. I haven't received anything yet and I am really counting on need based aid based on my situation.

FA said nothing about the website during my discussion with them, they only told me last week that students would hear about FA by Monday. I am not sure if FA meant via email or via the website, however, FA did say that they send out an email with financial aid information.

I completely agree. I have a scholarship deadline at another school next week. Even if Berkeley were to provide me with FA information today, I'd still only have a week to weigh my options... This really isn't enough time and is actually really frustrating.. I'm definitely disappointed.
