Sold my house yesterday, the first day it was on the market, for right around asking price. Put in my two-and-a-half-months' notice at work today, and my boss was much cooler about it than expected. Shit is getting real.

I'm just impressed that you owned a house to sell. Where I come from we place home ownership in the same category as flying chickens/magical wish-granting elves/trees that grow reese's peanut butter cups.

I fully support this. Also need a separate category for decaf drinkers so I can judge them.

The only reason for drinking decaf is if you had a coffee addiction but for some reason aren't allowed to have caffeine anymore.
Any other reason makes you a lemon.

Also, tea drinkers. Not the casual, herbal tea at night kind of tea drinkers but those weirdos who prefer to get their caffeine from leaves instead of roasted, ground up beans.

Yeah, I can't have more than a cup or two of the good stuff so I have a cup of decaf occasionally nowadays.
