Counting down the days/minutes/seconds till August 9th.
But seriously, the usual- grilling, drinking beer & hanging with fam/friends

It. Is. Tremendous. Scrumtrelescent, if you will. I have had a pretty excellent week and am going to NYC this weekend. I've been to the beach, hung out with friends, gone to lunch with people I've been missing, all sorts of things. And tomorrow I intend to just chill the heck out and watch tv, maybe play some video games. I might mow the lawn tomorrow, MAYBE.thelostweasley wrote:In other news, how is the unemployed life treating you?! Is it MAGICAL?Sonar80 wrote:Ahhh, gotcha. We've been scooped by Facebook, but for those who didn't see it, this years tuition numbers are up.

ETA: Did FL resident tuition go up at all? I swear that's the same # from last year.
Looks the same to moi.

Same numbers, and they're reflected on the financial aid site.thelostweasley wrote:Ugh, dammit! I was priding myself on being the first to know!Sonar80 wrote:We've been scooped by Facebook, but for those who didn't see it, this years tuition numbers are up.

Ha! I have done a little relaxing, but not a ton. I have a busy couple of weeks coming up too, so I'm hoping for a few days of chill time.thelostweasley wrote:Ew, I hope you didn't mow the lawn. You'll have to give me any tips & recommendations after your NYC trip since I'm going later this month!

Anyone know what the timetable looks like for paying tuition? Specifically those who aren't using loans? Somewhat odd that we haven't received much of anything pertaining to this

I've talked to Financial Aid about that. From what I gather, you need to keep an eye out on your One UF to see a tuition statement. I assume that won't be up until we are registered for classes. You have to take upon yourself to see it and pay it because the school doesn't automatically send out a bill.Leagles5161 wrote:Anyone know what the timetable looks like for paying tuition? This is my feeling on it too, somewhere I read that UF is a self-assessing school, meaning they won't bill you and you have to figure out how/where to pay. I'm sure there 'how/where' has to be discussed on the Bursars page somewhere, right?Kat1021 wrote:I've talked to Financial Aid about that.
