i was chatting with an associate today about it and she gave me the professionalism lecture 'sometimes you want to reply can you fuck off to the email and then you don't and you are a professional.' it is times like this i will miss my firm.

Appreciate it!! She's doing well okay, she's sleeping. Had all the signs of meningitis, pain in head and neck got bad enough to warrant a trip. They ran every test under the sun and couldn't find anything, said possible weird virus. Gave pain meds and told her to watch it for 2-3 days and if still bad to get back to a doc. We spent 8 hours there lol got back to apart mm around 530 I grabbed 3 hours of sleep and came into work, luckily I run pretty good off little sleep. Hopefully she gets feeling better soon though!

yeah the site blocker productivity extensions (e.g., StayFocusd) don't really work for me since you can just disable the extension.

are you talking about the mac app SelfControl? I thought there was essentially no way around it.

Sounds like me and imgur when I was still in undergrad. Fortunately, I'm much more paranoid about openly browsing imgur at work. Much easier to justify excessive TLSing.
