Ive been checked out of school for at least a month now. I took a course pass/fail and passed before the final. Walked in on exam day, filled out the multiple choice and handed in a blank booklet for the essay portion. My netflix game has been week though.gamerish wrote:Very ready to do nothing but binge Netflix and eat churros for the rest of the summerSmallville wrote:excitinggamerish wrote:One more week of class...

Where do you find churros to eat at home? I don't know where I would find a churro unless I went to an amusement park or carnival.gamerish wrote:Very ready to do nothing but binge Netflix and eat churros for the rest of the summerSmallville wrote:excitinggamerish wrote:One more week of class...

Not sure where gamerish lives but I'm in a neighborhood that is about 40% Hispanic so there are multiple churro carts within walking distance.Bearlyalive wrote:Where do you find churros to eat at home? There's a Latino bakery like 2 minutes from my house and the guy who runs it makes them to order. Walking there makes me feel like I'm at least doing something to stave off the impending diabetes.
I really have no clue. Any recommendations? I just got Netflix recently so I've got a lot to catch up on.SlithyTove wrote:What's on your watch list?gamerish wrote:Very ready to do nothing but binge Netflix and eat churros for the rest of the summerSmallville wrote:excitinggamerish wrote:One more week of class...

Was just singing broadway very loudly in the shower under the assumption that I was home alone. I was not. Cue applause when I left the bathroom.

Deep, dark fears. At least they enjoyed your performance. Shower acoustics ftw.BirdLawExpert wrote:Was just singing broadway very loudly in the shower under the assumption that I was home alone. I was not. Cue applause when I left the bathroom.

Oh my, I am jealous. The whole world is open before you! What sorts of stories do you like? SciFi? Fantasy? Epic drama? The first thing I did when I got Netflix five years ago was binge watch Lost and then Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Good call. I sped through the series the first time and have actually been thinking about watching it again. Also +1 to Parks and Rec. Also Sherlock, Firefly, Orange is the New Black, The Office and BattleStar Gallactica (is this on Netflix? Idk. It might be Hulu).BirdLawExpert wrote:Master of None.gamerish wrote:I really have no clue. Any recommendations? I second House of Cards. No better way to realize how much of life you've been missing by not having Netflix than to watch a show that has only ever been available on Netflix.thelostweasley wrote:
I definitely vote for House of Cards, LOST, or Parks & Rec.
