I sent one Monday as well. Got a reply yesterday that it was received, so you'll probably hear back soon! Hoping for more movement soon!!seagan823 wrote:Sent a scholarship inquiry email last night. No answer yet. Will let you all what it yields.

Seems like the general trend is you get a "merit request received" email within a couple business days. I emailed on the 29th and got a response on the 1st.rychellemarie wrote:I sent one Monday as well. Got a reply yesterday that it was received, so you'll probably hear back soon! Couldn't agree more. Cornell at least gives an opportunity to waive out of including parental information if you jump through a whole bunch of hoops to demonstrate your financial independence, wish Georgetown had the same option. I'm just hoping they give a lot of weight to the question on the app that specifically asks how much your parents will contribute when it has a $0 next to it.

Same. Got my parents to tentatively fill out their portion, but just waiting on them to file taxes to have their final numbers and resubmit.thelincolnlawyer wrote:Thanks for the heads up. Just signed up for ASW. Disappointed that the schedule doesn't include the Docent Session at the Supreme Court, but there are many other exciting events listed. Hopeful to hear back about aid before ASW

If you're at all interested in curriculum B, I'd check out D+C.thelincolnlawyer wrote:Just signed up for the ASD on April 8 if anyone else is going. Trying to decide between sitting in on Constitutional Law or Democracy and Coercion. Any recommendations?

Does GULC offer any refunds for expenses to go to the Open House ? I want to go but flights are pretty pricey.

I emailed them a while ago, and unfortunately they do not offer stipends or reimbursements for travel expenses.Nnndddd wrote:Does GULC offer any refunds for expenses to go to the Open House ? I want to go but flights are pretty pricey.

So we're more than a week off for money... this seems to have been the case at a lot of schools this cycle.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
