Have any ED -> RD admits received their offers??
Yeah, I am. 45k. For reference, 90k from Michigan and Vandy (tbd from Penn).

Everyone else freaking out who didn't get an email, there are apparently more rounds...don't know if I feel better about that considering the deadlines next week...https://twitter.com/tweetsbyjohann/stat ... 8156226563
mmrrrrrrrr
fine.
the wait continues.
And now I really hate those tweets. A "final countdown" to more counting down.

Got about what I expected: 75k. Same as both Michigan and Duke, for what it's worth. Still waiting on hearing back from Penn and Berkeley with their offers...

Go visit the campus another time if you're interested! I would probably go to H's ASW but I thiiink NU should have some preview days and alum stuff too.

Yeah I already paid for all my travel arrangements for H so switching it up and going to the second ASW isn't an option. If Chicago ups their offer in light of NU's, I'll probably take an extended trip to Chi for their ASW and check out NU on my own. Otherwise, I'll just fly up there any odd day I can. I definitely want to see it for myself, not only because I might very well wind up there, but because of the whole no on-campus housing thing and wanting to see what my options are for apartments.

I also got the 180k, but I wouldn't necessarily call that a full ride. There's no guarantee it will cover tuition increases. That said, it should come very, very close to covering full tuition for all three years, if it doesn't. It's a really great scholarship either way.

Scholarships aside, I'm really getting excited for ASW, especially after opening up my email this morning. A Q&A with the Making a Murderer folks... pretty neat opportunity. Makes sense though; they're playing to their strengths to recruit the admits. Which classes are you guys hoping to sit in on? Law and Social Change sounds pretty interesting to me.

What classes do you guys have the option of sitting in on?

I've been living in Chicago for a few years now, so this is just an open invitation to any potential future students to ask about neighborhoods and pricing. Feel free to PM me if you have questions.
