Does anyone know if scholarships will increase to match the tuition increase?

I got a percentage amount, so my assumption is that x% means x% of whatever number the tuition is going to be, not what it is currently. In fact, they sent an email out not long ago that said as much.

New Hampshire, one state over. I'm about an hour from the Canadian border. Coldest temp this winter was -21F!

Holy shit. I've lived in FL since I was 3, so I'd probably die instantaneously at that temp.

Yeah, I don't know how to function any lower than about 40F. At -21F I think I'd just curl into a ball and wait for it to pass. I'm certainly not getting any work done, and damned sure am not about to be friendly!!

Native Floridian here....I'll wear a jacket at 70 degrees LOL I'm weak when it comes to the cold, but I sure hate Florida summers!

This is me too. In fact, even though its 1000F outside right now, I have a jacket in my truck JUST IN CASE I have to go inside where someone has gotten a little carried away with the thermistat and it's a little cooler than I like in there.

Realized I was going to law school after graduation because the director of my undergrad program asked me a gazillion times when I was going to go to law school and stayed on my ass to give it a shot. Then after meeting and befriending several attorneys they all suggested I give it a go also. Starting looking into and realized it's something I want to do and now here I am!

Decided to go back to school after a year at a horribly boring but reasonably well-compensated job (I'll buy the first correct guesser a reasonably-priced beer). I’ve known a number of lawyers over the years and I’ve always thought I’d be good at it. So I did more research on the profession, decided it was something I wanted to do, and took the LSAT in February (scary!).

My second guess is an accountant.

Another interesting guess. Are you trying to guess based on my posting style/substance, or just on the job description I provided?

I picked General, Children, Animals, Outdoors. Pretty much trying to stay indoors in the Gainesville summer heat!

Similar order here. The general category sounds the safest (although it's probably the most tedious). I'm trying not to get maimed before classes even start .

A little bit of both. You described your job as very boring but you make decent money, and your prose seems relatively intelligent. I guess I shouldn't base my guess on that, since most (if not all) of the people in this forum have at least an undergrad degree.

I did! I got an email back saying she wasn't sure exactly when she would be sending in the pictures to have the IDs made, but that she would let me know if my picture was accepted when she does send in the pictures. My picture has the background blurred, and she was unsure if it would be accepted.

Anyone know if we can have IDs made ourselves earlier so we can use the school gyms in late July?

I seriously considered the joint MBA, but I can't justify the extra cost right now. I am eyeing an LLM in Taxation, but I'd like to take a tax class before I pull the trigger on that.

Why's that? I figure it's free and since I've been out of school for a few years a good way to get back in the groove.
