You're honestly going to look this Corgi in the rec specs and tell him that you can't do it?
Ugh help. I'm on the west coast and still have 3 more hours of work. SEND CORGIS, STAT
They're en route.

TGIC - Thank God It's Corgis
For some reason I can't use the [img] tag on TLS. I guess I'm too much of a n00b or something.

God I do not miss the corporate world at all. So many times when it's 4:30 and something happens to my pipeline or one of my trains, so my 5-5 day turns into a 5-9 because the operators want to be able to blame anything else that goes wrong on someone from the distro office.

I had a Walmart gift card and I never shop there so I bought this off brand law school advice book and I just started it and lord...it's so outdated. "Tuition at prestige schools is hovering around 17,000 a year!!"

Tell me about it! I work with teams all over the world and for a company based on the west coast, so my days can start early, end late and its not unusual to get a call during dinner on my cell from my boss asking for me to do something right away (because they are still working on the west coast!!)

This is the darkest time of the day... the last half hour of the west coast workday, when all of you east-coasters (and Texans) have skipped happily home and I'm stuck here, alone, with not a single corgi for comfort.

Currently killing time at a coffee shop before I go to this girl's apartment for date #2. She's cooking, so I bought some wine. That's how this works, right? I haven't actually dated anyone since college.
Right now I'm flipping through a course catalogue for Georgetown and underlining the courses I think are interesting, which is both a good use of my time and a horribly disheartening reminder that it doesn't matter what I like right now because after 1L everything might be totally the opposite.

Oh yeah, makes sense. I've given up on anonymity, someone figured out who I was back in June when I was freaking out about LSAT scores, and they're the only person I'd know on the site. As far as admissions folks, I figure they know anyway.
Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

Haha oh yeah, and I met OLitch at the Georgetown ASW, so that's another strike to my anonymity.
