So this is my life right now: I got unreasonably drunk yesterday at a happy hour and accosted a coworker I've never talked to before and told him he reminded me of my best friend who's been too busy to talk to me and then I made that coworker sit on the floor of the bar with me and tell me about his girlfriend and their dog. I also bought a round of shots for my coworkers. I got home and went straight to bed and then I wake up this morning to find the glass that I keep by my bed in pieces on the floor (which I discover when I get out of bed and step on said pieces and cut my feet), my books everywhere, and my phone screen shattered. No recollection of that. I get to work late and try to find a store that can fix my phone today because I'm traveling this weekend. I find a store and head over to drop my phone off. While I'm waiting for the crosswalk, an old man comes up to me and asks if I will buy him food. I say sorry, I can't, and then he starts inching closer to me and shouting loudly about how when he had his gun, he used to shoot at people like me (this could be a racial comment, or maybe he just shoots people who don't buy him food). He grabs at my jacket as I walk away and then spits on me. When I get on the train, the lights go out and it get stuck in the tunnels for 10 minutes.

The positive parts of my day: my phone is fixable and today is pay day so I actually have money in my account to pay for the repairs.

Whaaatttt okay I am sending hugs. Prepare for delivery.
