My understanding is that most schools can be pretty reasonable and willing to extend their scholarship deadline a bit if you're still waiting for all the relevant info to decide.

I was able to set up a meeting with a financial aid administrator. She was very sweet and ran me through their LRAP's conditions. Do your research and go in armed with questions!
