Just count to 26 with posts. Do it in some dead thread. Or make one post in 26 threads. You're so close.thelostweasley wrote:I hope so! Re: Senioritis / Quitting-my-job-soon-iorits
I was warned about the fact that my third period class (freshman on-level bio) wouldn't even remotely listen to me, this is surely not helped by the fact that spring break starts in four hours. They walked in, sat on everything and never stopped talking; literally all the while throwing paper airplanes around the room. After I took roll, I told them that if they were quiet and finished their worksheets, I'd show them how to make the best paper airplane they've ever seen.
I have never seen a more diligent group of freshman. They were dead silent except when helping each other. I feel like I just witnessed a miracle.
On the other hand, I feel terrible for the rest of their teachers today because all those kids are going to be doing is folding paper airplanes.

I'm impressed that you're still trying. I'm leaving at noon today for a 4 day weekend and between TLS and Goodreads, I'm not even sure why I came in.thelostweasley wrote:Every time I try to actually do my job, I somehow end up back here.schocolate wrote:But it's Fridaaaaaybenwyatt wrote:I need to be so productive today and I don't want to.

Not to be a high school freshman, but... how does one make the best paper airplane ever?BirdLawExpert wrote:I was warned about the fact that my third period class (freshman on-level bio) wouldn't even remotely listen to me, this is surely not helped by the fact that spring break starts in four hours. Would anyone like to assist with my employee self-evaluation? I think most of the "tasks" I perform take place on this site, so you all should be highly qualified to evaluate me.

I started browsing this website in high school when it was on like geocities or some shit. I competed in science olympiad, and one of my events was designing a balsa wood airplane that could stay aloft the longest, and at some point in my research I went on like a nine month kick of getting super into making paper airplanes. I have no idea how I ever had a girlfriend back then.
Now there's youtube and a bunch of other places.

This plane is the same basic design as the one I taught them to make.

Yes but I enter a lot of them. And I write a lot of reviews. I probably win one out of every thirty I sign up for. Still, free books.James.K.Polk wrote:I can never win those... do you?SlithyTove wrote:Do you enter the giveaways?
