That's a tall order given the forum.ilikebaseball wrote:dont be a dick.

I'm not attending Tulsa, but I have lived in OK my entire life. So if I can help with any questions related to the geography, feel free to ask.

what does this mean? I'm not applying to tulsa or anything, but I think someone's being a dick if they use these forums to meet with or talk about the application with future law classmates. If its Yale or if its Cooley, people have the right to do that and if you can't help than don't respond.jphiggo wrote:That's a tall order given the forum.ilikebaseball wrote:dont be a dick.
OP, I live about an hour away from tulsa for UG and they've come to my UG many, many times for law fairs, so I may be able to answer ?'s as well.

It means it's an impossible request considering TLS is full of condescending (or dick-like) replies. But, that's the nature of the beast.ilikebaseball wrote:what does this mean? I hear the parking situation in Tulsa is excellent, and their DC Big Law placement is pretty good for a regional school.Seoulless wrote:I always think these small schools in the heart of America would be really interesting to attend. TLS is full of condescending cyber bullies. I met some of these people at last years ASWs. Not a single one of these trolls were attractive - physically or personality wise. You could tell the majority of their social lives was spent online.

btw, as someone who has frequently driven around tulsa, let me just say its an absolutely awesome city. Won't be lost trying to find something to do. Some of the people have that "southern" mindset... so just be wary of that. They aren't very open minded, and if you don't fit that mold sometimes its tough to make friends. They don't fit to you, so you have to be the flexible one. But they grow on you eventually.

Did anyone interview with faculty members prior to final decision?

Yes, I interviewed prior to the final decision, I believe it's mandatory this year, but I may be mistaken. I received my acceptance by telephone less than 48 hours later.
