Y'all should strongly consider living along Baltimore Ave in West Philly, especially near Clark Park. Had a friend live there who I visited a few times and it's really beautiful!

thanks for the tip, bagel! I just checked out some of the craigslist listings on baltimore ave, and some of them looked awesome. the prices also seemed super reasonable, so that's always a plus.

I'm a 1L who decided to live in UC. It's great to be able to fall out of bed and walk to class. On the other hand, CC has so much more going on. Which of those you value more should inform your decision imho.

my buddy who lives there says the only problem with West Philly is that Trader Joe's is on the other side of the river
