Though I neither know anyone who lives there or have experiencing living there, I run by that spot all the time. It's by a frat but otherwise it's rather secluded. From what I've seen with frats here, they can get rather rowdy, but I can't speak to the one near Edgecliff specifically. It's a solid mile and change from the law school so I'd expect 20-25 minute walk to and from each day. That's not too bad in the fall and spring but pretty awful during the winter.smiles123 wrote:Any current students have experience/heard anything about Edgecliff Apartments? It seems to be a bit farther away than things in Collegetown, but still within walking distance, and much more affordable.
Haven't heard anything eitherfuture!jd12 wrote:I shouldnt be worried that ive heard literally nothing from Cornell since i got the notification that my deposits were paid, correct?

if i remember correctly it was quite silent until mid to late June or so. Then you'll get an onslaught of things to do, make your Cornel ID, etc.hairbear7 wrote:Haven't heard anything eitherfuture!jd12 wrote:I shouldnt be worried that ive heard literally nothing from Cornell since i got the notification that my deposits were paid, correct?
Check the status checker. They should have a message there telling you that they received your full deposit.future!jd12 wrote:I shouldnt be worried that ive heard literally nothing from Cornell since i got the notification that my deposits were paid, correct?

They typically kill it. Then again, you need around medianish grades to get into the program once enrolled, and probably a decent level of WE to have gotten into the program as an 0L, so I can't attest to how much weight employers are giving the JD/MBA (it could just be that all the ones I know are generally pleasant to be around/good work experience and/or grades)future!jd12 wrote:Question for older students, how do JD/MBA students fare at AJF? I've heard mixed reviews on how firms view a JD/MBA so was wondering if its worth it.
Now there's a charge.
